Kowloon 4th, are known as "The Beavers." Don't ask why!

They play in the 4th Division currently and as befits a team made up old knackers and new young 'uns, we play social rugby - competitively. The last four years they have gone from strength to strength under the unenlightened grumpy leadership of Captain, Kevin McBarron. In consecutive seasons they have won the plate final, and then the bowl final, then in 2008- 2009, they won the league title and valley fifteens, while last season they won the league and the cup for a grand slam season that saw only one loss in 16 games.

For season 2010-2011, they have lost some old diehards, finally retiring to the bar, however we still have a few on the short side of 50, and the majority of the pack sitting around 40 something, but with some young faces in the lineup they hope, once again, to be setting the pace for the club from the bottom up.

Beavers are a purely social rugby team, winning is incidental to our reason for being, which is to drink beer, copious quantities of. Rest assured, beavers will remain the fun team with everyone getting on the pitch regardless of ability and they'll seek to live up to their reputation as the most drunk people in the club.
