To order your blazer, simply download and complete the order form. Make sure you note down which design you would like (A or B). To help you get your sizing, there are three different options for you.

1. Head into a Marks & Spencers store, find a blazer that fits you and record the details of this on your form.

2. Measure yourself at home with a fabric measuring tape.

3. Visit a local tailor and have them measure you.
