Kowloon Summer Academy Day Package 2026
(DEADLINE TO FILL FORM 7TH AUGUST)

The Kowloon Academy Pre-Season Rugby Camp is on August 15th, 16th and 22nd, 23rd 2026! It’s a great opportunity to sharpen your skills, learn from coaches, and prepare for the 26/27 season. The programme is open to girls and boys U14 - U18. Feel free to join for all 4 days, or just a drop in day!

Day Package:

1 x strength and conditioning session

1 x group training

1 x goal setting session (16th only)

1 x nutrition talk (23rd only)

1 x position specific skills sessions (15th and 22nd only)
